Our warranty

CÉLORA offers a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects. Eligible pieces will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Proof of purchase is required. The warranty applies only to items purchased directly from CÉLORA or an authorised retailer and is non-transferable.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, loss, theft, unauthorised repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Making a claim

Contact us with your proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue. Customers are responsible for insured return shipping.
